I am a qualified chef, accredited by City And Guilds.
For as long as i can remember, my heart has always belonged in the kitchen. I used to stand alongside my mother, and grandmother as they cooked and passed on their recipes and secret ingredients.
Being a chef was all about being drawn to the combination of speed and creativity.
I become so entranced by how recipes and dishes come together after all the ingredients have been mixed together.
I am obsessed with providing quality food at the best prices and very particular about hygiene and cleanliness.One of the greatest things about being a chef and cooking is that it is almost impossible to make just one personal portion. Its about sharing that portion with loved ones and friends.
Usually the people with the giving, passionate personalities, tend to thrive as chefs. I am speaking from personal experience. As a chef, i use the power of food to get people to enjoy healthy eating, explore different cultures, or even just a smile.
